01.09.25 – Laufer Client Advisory: ILA and USMX Reach Tentative Agreement

A potential work stoppage has been averted. In a joint statement released on January 8th and published on both the USMX and  ILA  websites, the two parties announced they have reached a tentative agreement on a new six-year contract.
